What are some ways you like to nourish your soul and ground your energy?

Personally, I’ve been loving listening to the birds sing in the morning from my balcony. I’ll crack the door open just a tad to let the cool spring air in, light a little candle or incense cone as I sit and enjoy the calming melodies before the rest of the world wakes. My little way of nourishing my own tender soul. Nothing fancy. No healing modality you’ll find in a textbook. Just a gentle reminder that little glimmers are everywhere and never as far out of reach as we can sometimes make them out to be.
