The Konrad Construction team is proud to announce the official opening of Weston Bridges, an independent apartment community for adults with intellectual, cognitive, and/or developmental disabilities.

We’ve brought this facility and the surrounding Bloomhaven campus to life, revitalizing historic properties to provide residents with a beautiful, safe haven for growth.

It was an honor to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin, as well as Weston Bridges residents and other important members of the Bloomhaven community.

“Let’s do our best. Let’s be successful. Let’s build.” Kelly Tiltges, Office Manager at Konrad Construction, has had a remarkable career that’s been shaped by the lessons she learned growing up in the industry.
