Work-Life Balance should not be a Myth:
I been to sales presentations were salespeople say, "We believe in no pressure sales", but go on to do exactly that -- try to pressure me. There are also companies that advertise work-life balance philosophy, but that philosophy really just stops on their website.
For some people, the USA work culture has morphed over time to a 24/7 phenomena. When workers are home, they spend time thinking about work -- in some extreme cases, dreaming about work! Is it time for a radical shift from this slippery slope? I think so, and it seems more and more CEOs think so.
