Blake Collins holds to a 1 point lead over Ryan Hendricks. We have 11 events left for anglers to improve their scores. Look for this race to tighten up and very well could come down to the last week.

A few reminders...all anglers that fish at least 8 events will qualify to fish the no entry fee championship September 5th @ Okemah Lake.

Any angler that catches an 18" fish will qualify to fish Heavy Hitters @ Dripping Springs where the biggest bass of the day takes home the prize.

Our Big Bass of the year is currently held down by Blake Collins with a 22.5" fish.

Next stop lake Bixhoma. Fishing permits are required. You can purchase on your way to the lake by stopping at city hall at 116 W Needles Ave but be aware the office closes at 4:30pm, or purchase ahead of time on line at

Halfway through the season, Blake Collins continues to hold a strong lead at the top of the leaderboard. As more anglers continue to fill out 8 events and improve their scores, things should tighten up and get interesting.
