JYB 11U had the best time being baseball buddies at the Whitecaps game last night! Each player was introduced with a starter and got to run out on the field with them and stand with them for the national anthem!! To top it off, they got to meet Alex Avila and Fernando Rodney!

What a way to finish the season!
Our JYB 11U team wrapped up their final weeknight league game with another WIN, and bringing home the Weeknight League Championship! 💚⚾️
This team showed incredible hard work, determination, and teamwork all season long, and it paid off in a big way. We couldn’t be more proud of these players and coaches for an outstanding accomplishment!

Today we celebrate the dads, grandpas, and father figures who make Jenison Youth Baseball possible.

Thank you for spending countless hours at the ballpark, coaching from the dugout, sh****ng balls at practice, dragging fields, hauling equipment, keeping score, working concessions, and cheering from the stands. Most importantly, thank you for teaching our players the values of hard work, sportsmanship, perseverance, and teamwork.

JYB is about more than baseball—it’s about creating memories, building character, and strengthening relationships that will last long after the final out. We are grateful for the time, energy, and love you pour into our players every season.

Amazing weekend for our JYB 11U team! ⚾🏆

The boys were on fire, going 4-0 and bringing home the championship! They faced some outstanding pitching today and continued to battle every inning!

We couldn’t be more proud of the way these players competed all weekend long. They never backed down, supported each other, and earned every win.

Congratulations, boys! Keep working hard and enjoying the journey. 💚⚾🤍

This tournament was extra special because it was kid pitch, and the coolest part of all was that every single player got the opportunity to pitch! Watching these boys step on the mound, challenge themselves, and support one another was incredible to see.
The team finished the weekend 1-2 and held their own against some great competition. More importantly, they showed tremendous growth, teamwork, sportsmanship, and determination throughout the tournament.
So proud of this group and the way they continue to encourage each other and play the game the right way. Keep working hard, JYB 8U! 💚⚾🤍
