• Previous machine operator, laser operator, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Quality Control Inspector Responsibilities:

✔ Inspect manufactured parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
✔ Manage the Control Hold Ticket process and maintain accurate quality documentation
✔ Assist with sample orders and product evaluations
✔ Generate inspection reports and maintain quality records
✔ Perform in-process audits to verify production quality and process compliance
✔ Conduct stock blocking, unblocking, and stock sweeps as needed
✔ Work closely with Production Supervisors and other departments to resolve quality issues
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
✔ Complete additional quality-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ 2-3 years of quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing inspection experience preferred
✔ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Experience using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and other precision measuring tools
✔ Working knowledge of SAP, EDI, Microsoft Excel, and email systems
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
