We stopped by to inspect one of our recent rock projects and make sure everything was draining the way it was designed. No standing water, proper drainage throughout, and the lot is already being used. That’s the kind of result we strive for on every project—doing it right the first time.

We knocked out this 700-ton overflow parking area in just 2.5 days from start to finish. 💪

This wasn’t your typical 50x50 house pad sitting 6 inches above curb grade. This project was a 90x80 building pad designed to finish 4 inches above the property’s high point.

That doesn’t mean the entire pad was only 4 inches thick. The site had nearly a 3.5-foot elevation change from front to back, so substantial fill was required in the rear to create a level building surface.

Because of the height difference, we also had to properly slope the back and sides to ensure the pad remained stable and well-supported.

Our crew completed the project in just a day and a half, moving and compacting a mix of nearly 60 quad-axle and quint loads of fill. Once finished, the pad was rolled and passed compaction testing shortly after.

We’ve been a little quiet on social media lately, but the work certainly hasn’t slowed down.

A few weeks ago, we shared this property while we were waiting for the irrigation system to be installed. Once the irrigation was completed, our crew got to work putting the finishing touches on the project with fresh sod and decorative rock beds.

The final result completely transformed the property and gave it a clean, polished look that will be easy to maintain and enjoy for years to come.
