After almost 20 years, Southern Charm Events is entering an exciting new chapter. Before we unveiled our new brand, we wanted to celebrate the people behind it.⁠

We surprised our team with a day designed just for them—professional headshots, hair and makeup by the amazing NIC Studios, a little bubbly, coffee, gifts, laughter, and all the “bridal party” fun our couples get to experience every weekend.⁠

Because while our brides are always our priority… our team deserves to feel just as celebrated. The day wrapped up with dinner and one very exciting announcement…⁠

Behind every beautiful wedding is a tribe of women who pour their whole hearts into making someone else’s day unforgettable.⁠

For nearly 20 years, I’ve watched our Southern Charm girls work weekends, holidays, and countless late nights. September through December… then right back into February through May. They spend so much of their time celebrating everyone else that they rarely stop to celebrate themselves.⁠

This January, I decided it was their turn.⁠
⁠
What started as “headshots” quickly became a full-on bridal party experience. 🥂 We had mimosas, a coffee bar, hair and makeup, beautiful portraits, surprise gifts, matching pajamas, and so much laughter. For one day, they got to be the ones being spoiled instead of doing the spoiling.⁠
⁠
Watching them laugh together reminded me why I love this industry so much. Yes, we plan weddings… but more importantly, we build friendships, create memories, and become family.⁠
⁠
To every woman who has stood beside me over the years… thank you. You are the heart of Southern Charm.⁠
⁠
