Hello everyone. I realized that almost all restaurants are struggling right now due to the cost of food and the economy.

When we started out almost eight years ago, 25 pounds of fresh roma tomatoes cost $12.40. The same lug of tomatoes now costs us $48!

Every year at this time we consider closing for the season. The decision is usually to stay open and reduce staffing to keep the restaurant open so that the community has a friendly space to gather together.

This year, I'd like to see how we're doing, get ideas to improve, and float the idea of delivery before we make the decision to stay open or close during the slower Winter months.
