For 70 years, Jacksonville artists called this place home.

Reddi-Arts was a creative institution, a gathering place for artists, students, and makers across the city. When the doors closed, the building carried all of that history with it.

G4 saw something worth preserving.

What was once a worn, utilitarian structure became a vibrant landmark reimagined for its next generation of use. The design opens the building to the street with expansive storefront glazing, fresh landscaping, and a bold commissioned mural that pays homage to the creative spirit that defined this site for generations.

The result is a building that doesn't forget where it came from - it wears it proudly. This is what adaptive reuse looks like when it's done with intention.
