The Sheriff's office is now requiring we provide alarm permit numbers for dispatching. If you have a valid alarm permit please send it to us at [email protected] or call us at 399-0659 so we can update your account. If you have not renewed your permit within the last year it is no longer valid and needs to be renewed.

Please visit https://www.cityalarmpermit.com/FAMS/Citizen/City/Jacksonville/ATB_Login.aspx where you can complete this process online or print a form from the link provided if you wish to mail the application. If you choose to register your alarm online please select Maintained by: Emergency Systems Inc. and Installed By: Ossi Security Systems Inc.
