I had an inspiring conversation with some clients recently, who are planning their year-end retreats, and “teambuilding“ events. Having facilitated hundreds of these in my career, I challenged the prevailing mindset of teambuilding as an activity. Ears were perked and some questions raised. My thoughts are below, and I would love yours.
