I had the absolute honor of creating this beautiful three-tier vanilla wedding cake for a very special couple yesterday! 💍✨

This cake featured layers of my vanilla cake filled with fresh strawberries and my light, fluffy vanilla buttercream, all topped with an elegant assortment of fresh fruit. 🍓🍇

Congratulations to my sweet cousin Amanda and her new husband Gabriel on their beautiful wedding day! Watching you marry the love of your life was so special, and I’m beyond grateful that you trusted me to be a small part of such an important moment.

I had SO much fun making this “food fight” themed cake for my nephews food fight birthday party today! The spaghetti w/ meatballs, ice cream cone and mashed potatoes were all made from buttercream frosting and white chocolate ganache. Such a fun and unique theme for a party!
