COD mourns the passing of Yuri Polakiwsky. Yuri dedicated his life to helping Ukraine, and as part of work, he was a frequent international election observer for COD.

Our observers are arriving in Chisinau and preparing for the election tomorrow. Today, we are receiving briefings on the situation from key officials. 🗳

COD is pleased to be accredited for the 2025 Parliamentary Election in Moldova. Because of the importance of this election and interference from outside forces, COD is sending a small delegation to observe. Stay tuned for more info this weekend. This is the 3rd time COD has been accredited for in Moldova. 🇦🇩

COD mourns the passing of Greg Olma, who was an international election observer multiple times in Ukraine. Greg’s pragmatism and friendly personality will be missed. RIP.
