I’m late in posting this but wanted to give a shout out to Pandemic Sauce Co. I had the pleasure of meeting the maker Florida Farm Finder’s Meet Florida Meat a couple of weeks ago and sampled a variety of BBQ sauces from them. Ron, the creator and chef, of these sauces is onto something.

Besides the fact they are 100% natural with no preservatives, are gluten and GMO free, vegan friendly, and they are freaking amazing. I picked up the Scorpion-Guava and tested it out last weekend on some home-smoked ribs. They were delicious. Perfect amount of heat and sweet (and I’m not a sweet guy).

Pandemic uses some hot peppers in their sauces, but don’t let that intimidate you from trying. Ron is an artist and a mad scientist concocting sauces for both the weak and bold palettes. Pandemic Sauce Company is based out of Tampa but the sauces are also available to purchase online and can be shipped to your doorstep.

If you are heading the Tampa Taco Fest this Saturday or the Gulfport Tuesday Market, check him out. You will likely leave with Jalapeno-Apple, Mango-Habanero, or my ultimate favorite, the Scorpion-Guava.
