You don't even have to like running all that much.

You just have to show up.

Run Club kicks off tomorrow morning, and the programming is already available in the Members App for those who have signed up.

We’re starting a 6-week Run Club on May 30, and it’s for people who are just getting started or just trying to stay consistent.

No pressure. No weird expectations. Just show up, move, and get a little better each week.

The timing lines up perfectly if you’ve been thinking about the Heartland Bank 5K on July 4.

Cost is $10 for members and $25 for non-members.

We’ll be hosting Murph on Monday, May 25th at 9:00am.

This is a free community workout, so if you’ve been thinking about trying a class, this is a great one to jump in. Bring a friend, bring your family, or just come as you are. We’ll meet you where you’re at and scale everything as needed.

More than anything, this is a chance to come together and honor those who gave everything.
