🤓 AND this right here is why I highly recommend paying for a camera pipe inspection on homes build in the 50's & 60's.

🧰 Most of them have not been updated to current building standards and still have cast iron.

😜 Some of them even have a type of pipe called Orangeburg which is literally layers of ground wood pulp and tar

🤑 Just think if the buyer I'm working with did not do this, purchased the home and found out they had to pay close to $10K for a re-pipe with no seller concessions. Yikes !!!

Fun Facts - Back in the day builders used Orangeburg pipe because there was a shortage of metal.
