UNF Flute Studio

Excited for Alice K. Dade to return to UNF!

Congrats to our flutists (and our flute ensemble friends on their primaries) on their last rounds of large ensemble concerts! The UNF Concert Band and Wind Symphony performed on April 17th (in which we had one of our own conduct for her conducting certificate), and the UNF Orchestra performed on April 23rd. We also had students involved with the Jazz Ensembles and the Opera!
Shout-out to .noteworthy and ! In the fall, they will be in their student internships for their Music Education Degrees, so these were their last concerts as students on campus. We wish them luck in the fall!

The UNF Flute Studio successfully hosted the second annual UNF Flute Day on February 16th! Thank you so much to Nicole Chamberlain and Mary Matthews for coming to work with flutists and collegiate composers!
The guest duo ended the day with a recital of Chamberlain's music, and our own Dr. Young made a guest appearance on stage for a trio!
