We are committed to meeting our customers' needs, including on holidays. Today, I received a call about a last-minute commercial cleaning. The client's final cleaning did not meet their expectations, and they are due to turn in their keys tomorrow. I accepted the job, which only involved cleaning floors. However, the floors were in a deplorable state. After three hours of work on two bathrooms and a small kitchen, the floors look great, the baseboards are clean, the windows have been wiped, and the client is ready to turn in their keys.
