Luz had a listing for one of our long-time clients and also a buyer looking for his first rental property. It seemed like the perfect match.

The buyer went under contract but halfway through, financing fell through because the purchase price was under $100K.

The seller, who is retired and lives off the cash flow from her rentals, didn’t want the stress of turnovers or repairs… but she also wanted steady income.

The solution? Seller financing.

Luz presented the idea to both parties, structured terms that worked for everyone, and within a week the deal closed.

The best part?
The new owner hired us to continue managing the property and we placed a tenant just one week later. Now he’s on the hunt for his second rental!
