All our Jackson & Bozeman locations are officially using BEEF TALLOW and no added seed oils! Aside from the tallow, we are using avocado oil, olive oil butter to cook all your foods in. Think sauté & salad dressings 👀

Why? Beef Tallow is a natural, stable fat with no trans fat. It creates a far more superior crispy texture for all fried foods and it’s not PROCESSED! Our bodies are made to eat real, whole foods from the Earth by switching to beef tallow and non seed oils we are supplying our bodies with the nutrients it can then use for our benefit.
