So I know I have, yet again, been a bad millennial and haven’t been posting much but here we have The Queen Anne Van which is a 2021 diesel 4x4 Mercedes Spray foam with the best insulation that money can buy (closed cell spray foam) and 💯 year old reclaimed heart pine installed on the ceiling.

Jimmy was the Robin to my Batman, yet again, by helping me mill, plane and paint each board. My loving girlfriend helped me sand each board down so they’re ready to be painted.

The spray foam went really well once the temperature issues were corrected. It was ridiculously cold when trying to spray so at first it was not curing correctly. So we wrapped the van in insulated tarps and put a space heater in there. Once the metal was warm enough, everything went perfectly! I highly recommend the Seal Spray foam kit. The 600 bird foot kit was just enough foam to spray this high roof, short wheel base sprinter. I will be using this system in all of my builds!
