Camdon won the experience “Splash Into Summer”, with Mrs. Bomar from our PTO auction!💦☀️He picked his friend Julian to join the fun. It was a perfect day to cool off and make some summer memories!

Modern Woodmen of America recognized Lori Kayser, South Elementary School Counselor, as one of the June Hometown Heroes. South Elementary will receive a monetary donation from the organization. Thank you, Modern Woodmen of America.

🌊♻️ Our 4th grade students dove into learning about ocean pollution and its impact on marine life and ecosystems. After researching the problem, students worked in teams to design and build their own pollution-cleaning contraptions. They then put their creations to the test in a “polluted” water bin to see how effectively they could remove the debris. Great teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills were on display as students became environmental engineers for the day! 🌎🐠👏
