“On December 9 I cracked the screen on my phone. I contacted Verizon and was told by their rep I could take it to a store and get it replaced for ‘approximately $29.99’.

When I got to the store I was told they no longer have technicians in stores and I would need to file an insurance claim to get my screen repaired. When I contacted the insurance company, they informed me there isn't a screen replacement available for my phone and that I would have to pay a $199 deductible to get the phone replaced.
