So you haven't made it here yet but we are already planning your Farewell Dinner...but only because we want it to be AWESOME! Our options are Tilapia fish (oven roasted with tomato, okra and corn ragout) and Chicken Cordon Blue en Croute (wrapped in HAM and swiss cheese and encased in puff pastry then baked and napped in hollandaise sauce).
