🌟 Employee Spotlight: Ian Kroenung 🌟

This month, we're proud to shine the spotlight on one of our outstanding team members, Ian Kroenung!

Ian joined Dutch Enterprises 8 years ago after meeting our General Manager, Tim Williams, through his previous job servicing vehicles. When Ian mentioned he was looking for a new opportunity, Tim introduced him to the Dutch team—and we're certainly glad he did!

Ian began his career at Dutch in our HVAC department, performing maintenance and installing new systems. In 2021, he transitioned to our plumbing division, where he has become one of our lead service plumbers with a specialty in water treatment solutions.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Dutch, Ian says it's the people. He appreciates the support and leadership of Tim Williams and Plumbing Manager Brent Hicks, along with the strong team environment that makes every day enjoyable and rewarding.

When he's not helping customers solve plumbing and water quality issues, Ian enjoys hunting, fishing, riding side-by-sides with friends and family, and helping on his family's cattle farm. Along with his wife and two children, he stays plenty busy outside of work as well!

We're grateful for Ian's dedication, expertise, and commitment to serving our customers over the past eight years. Thank you, Ian, for all you do for Dutch Enterprises and the communities we serve. We're proud to have you on the team and look forward to many more years ahead!
