Frame Up Contracting LLC is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in high-end kitchens, baths, basements, and custom renovations. We are seeking a dependable, skilled leader to run job sites and help us build one of the best remodeling teams in New Jersey.
What You’ll DoLead: Direct a small crew on residential remodeling projects.
Execute: Perform high-quality framing, trim, cabinetry, flooring, and finish carpentry.
Manage: Coordinate daily tasks with the owner, sub-contractors, and clients.
Maintain: Keep a clean, safe, organized jobsite and protect clients' homes.
Plan: Read blueprints, track materials, and keep projects on schedule.
💼 Qualifications5+ years of residential remodeling experience. Proven experience leading or directing a small crew.
Strong skills in framing, trim, drywall, windows/doors, and cabinet installation.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Own a complete set of hand tools and a tool belt.
Ability to work independently and lift up to 75 lbs.
Must speak English and be authorized to work in the US.🤝
