We are officially in our new studio home — and I could not be more excited to welcome you in.

Good news for already-booked clients: our new location is just minutes from our previous studio, so there’s no inconvenience at all… only the magic of stepping into an entirely new ambiance.

This space was manifested and dreamed up for years. Designed with beautiful natural light and picture windows, a stunning kitchen set, a gorgeously tiled bathroom, and the most intentional fixtures and furnishings throughout.

To our Cate Autumn Studios community,

We owe you a sincere apology. It has come to our attention that your sessions with us have been causing… disruptions.

Since stepping into Cate Autumn Studios, many of you have been experiencing dangerous levels of self-respect, sudden clarity about what you will and will NOT tolerate, and an unexpected inability to entertain anyone’s nonsense.

Reports include (but are not limited to):
– walking away from draining conversations mid-sentence,
– saying “no” without explaining yourself,
– deleting texts you once would’ve over-analyzed for hours,
– wearing your confidence like armor,
– and an alarming spike in “I’m not dealing with that” energy.

We understand this may be inconvenient for those around you—especially the ones used to you shrinking, apologizing, or putting yourself last. We hear they’re struggling.

To everyone now too empowered to take crap from anyone…
