This project started with an old deck that needed more than just repairs, so we fully demolished the existing structure and built a brand new deck from the ground up.

Upgrades on this project included:
• Complete deck demolition and rebuild
• New underpinning for a clean, finished look underneath
• Relocated the double doors to a new location for better layout and access
• Converted the previous door opening into a new double window
• Brand new stairs, railings, and framing

The result is a stronger, more functional outdoor space that completely updates the back of the home.
