🐠 K3 Coral Reef Exploration 🪸

Today our K3 students learned all about coral reefs and the amazing sea animals that live in them. We discussed how coral reefs provide food, shelter, and protection for many ocean creatures. The students discovered that animals such as clownfish, seahorses, crabs, and eels often hide in coral reefs to stay safe from predators.

For our hands-on activity, students used playdough and noodles to create their very own coral reefs. This fun STEM and sensory experience allowed them to explore the different shapes, textures, and structures found in underwater habitats while encouraging creativity and fine motor development.
