This is an “easy” week for me, only 2 markets this week. Still working towards opening my farm stand, so I will enjoy the “easy” while I can! Rolling out some new items for Ione on Wednesday night: Mimi’s Munchies are ready for the evening markets!

First peaches 🍑 of the summer! Pliers ready. (IYKYK) I’m bringing fresh Brown Sugar Crumble Peach Pie to Sutter Health Pop Up in Jackson, 3 - 5, as well as Plum, Triple Berry, Blueberry…and whatever else I can bake before I get there!
