The Maples are senior properties for those who are 55 and older. At Maple Ridge we have lovely 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, ranging from $945-$1,134 per month with water, sewer, and rubbish included. Our residents pay their own utilities (gas and electric) through Consumers Energy. Maple Ridge has an on-site laundry room, as well as carports to protect your vehicles from the elements. Maple Ridge is pet friendly, with a small fee per month. Please feel free to stop in our office Monday-Friday 9am-4pm to tour your future home . A rental application is attached for your convenience.
