TPO Day 3 — COMPLETE.

3 days. Long hours. High standards.

These officers put in the work—refining firearm fundamentals, MARCH bleeding control, CQB, and mechanical breaching—then proved it where it matters most: under stress, in real-world scenario-based training.

This wasn’t easy—and it wasn’t supposed to be.

A huge shoutout to the cadre, , , , , who put in relentless hours behind the scenes to make this happen. The standard doesn’t set itself.

To the students: you showed up, you pushed, and you earned it.

Day 1 of TPO is a wrap in the Coal Region of Pennsylvania. Local law enforcement spent the day honing their fi****ms skills today making them better equipped to help the residents they have sworn to serve. Weapons and tactics instructor and Director of Law Enforcement Education are seen here spreading their knowledge and skills. Stand by for more to come.

Just a small photo dump from the NAEMT TECC 2ed course we ran this weekend with the Middletown Active Threat Task Force. Team members and a few other individuals got to learn, hone, and test their knowledge in a realistic simulated high threat environment. The cadre created scenarios with props and stimulating aids that mimic real world events that are happening daily, because the only way to train to win is if you train like it’s real. Instructor candidates in our TMI program putting in the work today. Learning more in-depth about wound packing and different lifting and moving platforms. We want our instructors being to able to answer the why’s of Tac Med not just repeat skills and read slides. We aim to expose candidates to multiple devices, training aids, and make them do on the spot knowledge confirmations so that they are truly prepared for as many variables as we can give them when they go out and teach to their agencies. TMI 2025 is a Go in Montgomery County PA!!!! We are grateful to our host agency Lower Merion PD for bringing us in to educate the fine officers of PA and EMTs from NJ who have come out to learn crucial skills of TAC Med. These instructor candidates upon successful completion will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to teach the masses how to save a life!
