Relax and unwind with a Reiki healing session.

Reiki explained by a friend:
From the perspective of Abraham Hicks, which truly resonates with me, Reiki wouldn’t be described as a technique that does the healing for someone. Instead, healing is always seen as something that happens when a person comes back into alignment with their own Inner Being.
In that framework, all healing is vibrational.
The body is a physical reflection of your vibrational state.
Well-being is natural. Abraham teaches that our natural state is wellness.
Illness appears when there is resistance to our own Source energy.
You can’t heal another—you can only influence alignment.
A Reiki practitioner, from this view, isn’t “sending” healing in the sense of fixing someone. Rather, they are holding a clear, calm, high-vibrational state that helps the recipient relax resistance and allow their own well-being to flow.
The receiver does the allowing. When someone lies down for Reiki and softens, they often shift into a more receptive state. That allowing is what permits healing energy (or Source energy, in Abraham language) to rebalance the body and if the practitioner maintains a high vibration entrainment also is a factor.
Abraham would likely say Reiki works not because of ritual or symbols, but because:
• The practitioner is focused.
• The client is receptive.
• Resistance decreases.
• Alignment increases.
In other words, Reiki can be seen as a beautiful vehicle for allowing — a space where the mind quiets, the nervous system softens, and the natural current of well-being is permitted to flow again.
