Say hello to the Hive, Visum’s newest waterfront development at the Neighborhood of the Arts.
The Hive will be a vibrant, prosperous, and electric community that makes Ithacans proud of where they live, featuring water views, proximity to downtown, and many indoor and outdoor amenities.
Visum Development is working in collaboration with CJS Architects, Fagan Engineering, and Jenson/BRV Engineering.

The first week of January is always great to reflect and set goals for the year.
🗓 We have a few important milestones for 2021. One of them is the completion of 126 College Ave, a 5-unit, 27 beds development in the heart of Collegetown.

🚧 Construction Update on our newest project in Collegetown at 126 College Ave. 🚧 Retaining wall done and starting the footers for the foundation on Tuesday. We are excited to see this project completed by July 2021!
