Pritchard Automotive is looking to hire a full time Automotive Tire tech and entry level mechanic

Job Description
~Work in our shop full time changing tires, doing oil changes and other basic work
~Review cars for any other work that may be needed
~Remove Trash on a Daily Basis and keep your work area clean
~Perform any other reasonable task requested by management

Required Skills:
~Must be dependable, detail oriented, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
~Prior experience in basic mechanical service, preferred
~NYS inspectors license preferred but not required
~Must be flexible, organized
~Valid driver's license is required
~Must be available to work 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday

Parts counter and Service advisor position

Pritchard Automotive is looking for a person to work both the parts and service side of the business.

Responsible for assisting technicians and the body shop looking up and locating parts

Responsible for engaging customers, scheduling appointments, building trust, understanding needs, communicating processes and timelines, and selling parts and service that make the customer's car run at peak efficiency.

Responsible for the organization and productivity of the service business through work order and register transactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and service and replacement part knowledge.

• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related experience in the automotive service environment.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Must have basic knowledge and understanding of mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions.
• Ability to apply mathematical formulas to calculate estimates and discounts.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Full time position.
Shop hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm

We are looking to hire a full time Automotive Detail/Maintenance person

Job Description
~Clean and Detail Used Vehicles for stock or Delivery
~Clean and detail Trade-ins
~Clean and detail Customers cars
~Remove Trash on a Daily Basis
~Maintain Property as needed (sweep floors, clean up inside and out)
~Perform any other reasonable task requested by management

Required Skills:

~Prior experience in detailing, buffing & customer service, preferred
~Must be flexible, organized
~Valid driver's license is required
~Must be available to work 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
