This weekend, ITA members (and their adorable pets) joined ICSD students in the Out of the Darkness Walk for su***de prevention. This team was organized by the Boynton Middle School Rainbow Alliance, a club open to all students that supports creating safer and more loving school spaces for LGBTQ+ youth. This event was important, as LGBTQ+ students face statistically higher mental health challenges and have much higher rates of ideation than their cis, straight peers.

The ITA Social Justice League is committed to caring for all of our students who feel marginalized by this world we live in.
