We’re looking for a Project / Field Coordinator to join our remodeling team on the Eastside (Issaquah / Bellevue area).

Not a “big boss” project manager —
but someone organized, reliable, and hands-on who can help keep our projects running smoothly.

This role is perfect if you:
✔ Like being in the field (job sites, not just an office)
✔ Are naturally organized and on top of details
✔ Communicate well with people (subs, team, vendors)
✔ Take initiative and get things done

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating schedules (subs, deliveries, materials)
- Visiting job sites and keeping things on track
- Making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Helping our team stay organized and efficient

💡 Important:
You’re NOT here to “boss people around” or manage construction crews —
we already have strong field teams.

Your role is to support, coordinate, and keep things moving smoothly.
