Another year and this lesson continues to be one of the most important ones I carry. Showing up for my own healing is not separate from my practice, it is the foundation of it. On my birthday I am reminded of why I do this work and who I have to continue becoming to do it well.

Hey! I’m back. For those of you who are new, my name is Monee and I am a licensed acupuncturist and founder of Rooted Flow Wellness. It has been a while since I’ve shown up here. Much of my connection with clients these last few years has been happening offline through my practice, word of mouth, and community referrals.

As I return to this space, my intention is to share more of the work I love, more education, and more grounding support for women in every stage of life. My practice focuses on women’s health, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, hormonal balance, facial rejuvenation, cupping, and herbal medicine.

I’m grateful to continue growing with this community and excited to reconnect with both familiar and new faces. Thank you for being here with me as Rooted Flow Wellness begins this next chapter. 🩵
