This is a great opportunity to get your foot into the door with a staffing firm to start a career in either recruitment or sales. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, self-motivated, persuasive, and enthusiastic and enjoy working in a group or individual.
Responsibilities:
- Involve in new business development
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information
- Emailing/cold calling new accounts
- Information gathering and sorting
- Work closely with Recruitment and Operations teams
Qualifications:
- 1 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Self-directed, can-do attitude and sense of humor appreciated
- Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
• New Business Identification and Development.
• Ensure par excellent client satisfaction.
• Implement lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts.
• Utilize company’s inhouse resources to maintain and grow current accounts.
• Negotiate contract terms and establish suitable rates.
• Manage daily requirements and submissions of each assigned client ensuring well matched candidate profiles are shared with customers.
• Assess Recruiting Team’s performance and initiate training and development activities.

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 plus years’ experience as Account Manager / Business Development Manager in the IT Consulting and Staffing space.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing, business administration or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, managerial and leadership skills.
• Good command on technical recruiting jargon.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
