Wilson Insurance & Investment Group is a large INSURANCE agency. We are professional, agile and our goal is to continue to be a leader in the Commercial Insurance arena. We specialize in commercial insurance and we do business in 20 states.

We are seeking a highly focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting the sales team with back end work. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Tasks

· Answer customer incoming calls and emails

· Ability to process policy changes

· Ability to quote renewals and send them to your partnered sales representative

· Send out late pay notices to current customers

Minimum Requirements:

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
No Experience Necessary, will train
Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload
Able to work under pressure
Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to help others
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year depending on licenses and experience.

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
