We are filling several new openings in my Firm this month. *Bilingual English to Spanish / Spanish to English preferred.
No Prior Experience or Degrees needed, Training, Licensing, and Certification provided for Qualified Candidates.

*New agents must be willing to:
~Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about our products and services, learn new financial strategies, and be coachable in developing new accounting skills.
~Take an Online Study Course to prepare for the “General Lines” Agent Texas State Exam.
~Be Available for Hands-On Training, sitting with Brokers/Directors and clients during evening and Weekends as necessary during certification period.

*Once Licensed and Certified you will be expected to:
~Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policies.
~Be Responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients.
~Seek out new clients and develop clientele and generate lists of prospective clients.
~Select the company that offers the best type of coverage requested by the client to submit the policy.
~Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including term, permanent, annuities, and final expense.

The position is Part-Time to Full-Time or until you are Certified.
Potential to make more when you do more.
Part-Time Compensation from $2,500 t0 $6,000 Monthly, paid out twice a week.
Full-Time Compensation From $6,000 to $14,000 Monthly, paid out twice a week.

Must have:
- Good Transportation
- Ability to Work in The United States of America
- Clean Criminal(No Felonies) History and able to Get State Licencing

- Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
- Take an Online Study Course to prepare for the Texas State Exam for General Lines Agent.
- Be Available for Hands-On Training, sitting with Directors and clients during evening and Weekends.

Once Licensed and Certified you will be expected to:
- Be Responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans and overseeing a portfolio of clients.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records and handling policies.
- Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
- Select the company that offers the best type of coverage requested by the client to underwrite the policy.
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of insurance companies, including term, permanent, annuities, and final expense.

The position is Part-Time to Full-Time or until you are Certified.
