NYLT Power Up at Philmont Training Center June 14-20!

Join fellow NYLT enthusiasts and dedicated leaders at Philmont Training Center for an inspiring deep dive into the foundations of NYLT. Designed for Course Directors, Council Coordinators, and NYLT staff, this experience is focused on strengthening council-level NYLT programs and sparking ideas participants can bring home and put into practice. Through skill-building workshops, guided discussions, and immersive activities, we will explore how Servant Leadership shapes the NYLT experience and supports strong, sustainable programs.
