I just wanted to give everyone an update on Dr. Dan. He had double knee replacement surgery last Tuesday, December 20th. After a couple of days in the hospital, he was transferred to a rehab hospital so that he could work on his physical and occupational therapy. He was released from the rehab hospital today and gets to continue his recovery at home now! I don't think either one of us anticipated what a difficult recovery this surgery would be. At this point we are unsure when he will be able to get back to work. Unfortunately he will not be able to go to Irving at all in January for the Wellness Mondays. We are hoping that he will be able to start back up again in February. Also, his Big Sandy practice will be closed until further notice. He is definitely anxious to get back to work, but his full recovery needs to be our top priority right now. We will try to keep you posted via this page and through email.
