We’re proud to celebrate a meaningful milestone at NorthStar Anesthesia—one year as an Anesthesia-Specific Patient Safety Organization (PSO).

This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to building a culture rooted in safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Its work made possible by teams like our Quality & Patient Safety Committee (QPSC), a group of dedicated anesthesiologists and CRNAs who generously contribute their time and expertise to advancing clinical quality across our organization.

At their recent meeting, the committee updated its Charter to align with our PSO designation and left energized to further strengthen patient safety through new guidelines and best practices.

We’re grateful for their leadership and proud of the impact they continue to make—helping ensure we deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia care today and into the future.
