Brandice Uzoigwe recently had the opportunity to participate in a product knowledge demonstration for the Pearland High School BBQ Club at Ace Mart Restaurant Supply in Houston.

It was a great experience connecting with these talented young adults and discussing foodservice equipment, food preparation, and how the tools they use today can help them develop skills that will benefit them throughout their culinary and professional careers.

The Pearland BBQ Club continues to make a name for itself across Texas, earning recognition for its dedication, teamwork, and impressive barbecue skills. It's exciting to see students so passionate about the craft and eager to learn from industry professionals.

A big thank you to Ace Mart for hosting the event and to the Pearland High School BBQ Club for their enthusiasm and engagement. We look forward to seeing what this outstanding team accomplishes next!
