If you’ve worked in auto sales, pest control, lawn care, solar, mobile, retail, or car rental sales – we want to talk to you!

As a Sales Rep, you will:

· Meet with new & existing homeowners to determine which Vio home security packages best meet their needs.

· Build a network of customers through creative & entrepreneurial lead generation to help you crush your sales goals – uncapped commissions!

· Own the sales process and be supported by the best customer service and install teams in the business to grow your territory.

What You’ll Need

· Stellar communication and selling skills – Able to think quickly on your feet to help solve customer challenges & close deals.

· Competitive Spirit – Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

· Tech savvy – comfortable using technology to design custom solutions.

· Prior direct sales experience is preferred!

· Auto sales, pest/lawn care sales, solar, wireless/cable, car rental or retail sales industry experience

· Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license

Vio Security is looking for motivated and customer-focused people to join our Irving, TX Team!

As a Customer Care Rep, you will:

Answer a high volume of incoming calls and schedule appointments in accordance with established policies and procedures

Answer customer inquiries and complaints seeking appropriate resolutions. Escalate accounts as necessary.

Keep accounts up to date using internal programs and data entry.

Work in close relation with other departments such as the sales and servicing department.

Keep up with monthly duties while assisting your team (i.e. reviews, email follow ups, chats)

What You Need:

1+ years of call center experience

Ability to work 12-8:30 PM Monday-Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday

Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus!

Stellar communication and customer service skills –Able to think quickly to help solve customer challenges

Alarm industry experience is a plus

Must be self-motivated, driven, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

- Own the sales process and be supported by the best customer service and install teams in the business to grow your territory.
