This was a very special cake for me. I made it for my youngest son's Eagle Ceremony. It was a 4 layer vanilla cake with an almond butter cream icing and a white chocolate ganache that i colored blue. This was my first time making ganache.

I loved making this cake. It was for such a great occasion and such an honored! It was a 4 layered carrot cake with a delicious cream cheese frosting. So yummy!!
