Katy is the kind of leader who sets the tone before anyone else has had their morning coffee. With 15 years in hospitality and a management philosophy built on walking the property, coaching her team, and showing up every single day — she is living proof that great hotels are built by great people.

She leads with heart. Nothing makes her prouder than watching her team succeed, and the culture she has cultivated at Hampton Inn & Suites Marietta says it all: we're family. That's not a talking point — it's how Katy operates, every shift, every season.
