We are looking to hire a highly experienced luxury Interior designer/ space planner with strong sales experience (the more architectural design experience, the better). Customer service is key with our clientele. Each project is more than producing results, it is about creating a positive memorable experience for our client. This paired with amazing work is how we have been able to have generate so much referrals.
To be successful with our company, you must have:
A successful selling history
Knowledge of residential design, building codes, and space planning.
Have strong design experience with high end homes (selecting colors, materials, etc).
Be self motivated and outgoing
Be a great communicator, presenter and closer.
Have some computer design experience (20/20, AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, etc)
Have good transportation and be professionally dressed

Compensation: $70k-$200k+
We offer a base plus commission. Our average contract is low to high 6 figures. We are not expecting a high quantity of sales, rather better quality projects. You should be earning $100k+ minimum in year 1.
